The JEM Project & friends were thrilled to be able to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Home Start at the 2022 Blue Ribbon Gala!
Home Start, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to child abuse prevention and providing evidence-based family strengthening services, will celebrated its 50th anniversary at its annual Blue Ribbon Gala this year. The event, titled “IMAGINE Families Living Life in Peace” raised funds for the organization’s crucial programs and assistance services to help children and parents affected by tragedies including homelessness, domestic violence, hunger, abuse and neglect.
This 70’s themed night included a three-course dinner, live entertainment, inspiring stories of lives changed, and appearances from special guests. Attendees choose to dress in 70’s attire, and experienced special activities and surprises from that era.
